When the rail undressed ore is graded and operated, the major components have already gathered in the concentrate ore; after the comprehensive treatment, the minor components or other metal is recycled. The remaining product has lower useful components, and this kind of product is called tails. Actually, the tails still contains lots of useful iron material. 

       There is a dressing mill which has scale of 6 million tons per year (6 millions T/A); the rail undressed ore level is 30 percent, the gathering concentrate ore level is 66 percent, the annual production of concentrate ore is 220 million tons, and the tailed ore is 3.8 millions that the iron content is 380 thousands tons. In order to make full use of national resources, there is tailed recycling machine which can recycle the useful iron components; the level of recycled iron components can achieve 35 percent. After fine grinding the tails, the materials will enter low intensity magnetic separation. After separation, there will be at least 80 thousands; based on the lowest sale price RMB 150 yuan per ton, the annually value will be 1.2 millions yuan, and the profit will be 4.8 millions and the profit rate will achieve 40 percent.
